How do I place an order?
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. You can order even one item. We serve both individual customers and bulk buyers.
Can I order via WhatsApp?
Yes. If youāre not comfortable ordering on the website, you can send your order via WhatsApp, and weāll process it manually. Our Whatsapp number is +254794018646
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept, M-pesa, Airtel Money, Equity, Vooma, Pesalink, Visa/Master Card and UnionPay.
Do you deliver countrywide?
Yes, we deliver to all towns in Kenya through our delivery partner, Incredible Express, or reliable couriers. You can check our Shipping Policy page and Shipping rates page.
How long will delivery take?
Nairobi deliveries: Same day or next day.
Other towns: 1ā3 business days depending on location. You can also check our Shipping Policy page for more details.
How much is the delivery fee?
It ranges from KSh 150 to KSh 600 depending on distance. The fee is displayed at checkout. You can also check the specific delivery rates on different regions on our Shipping Rates page.
Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery for orders above Ksh. 10,000 or during promotions. Watch for updates through our social media accounts and email newsletter.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns are allowed within 3 days of receiving the product if it’s unused and in original packaging. You can check our Returns and Refunds policy Page.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
You can return or exchange it within 48 hours of delivery. Reach out for assistance. You can reach out to us through our Contact page.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. If the size or item is wrong, we can exchange it depending on availability. We always do exchanges on the same product. Check our Return and Refunds page for more details on exchange.
What if the item is damaged or defective?
Kindly send us photos immediately. If itās our fault, weāll replace it at no extra cost.
What if I miss my delivery?
Our courier will attempt a second delivery. If unreachable, your item will be held for a maximum of 3 days.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Inform us via WhatsApp. We also have a text area on the check out page where you can instruct us on the same.
Can I order in bulk for events or resell?
Yes. We offer discounted rates for bulk orders. Reach out through our contact page for a custom quote.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes, most of our products are restocked depending on demand. Sign up for notifications on the product page.
What happens after I place an order?
Youāll receive a confirmation message via email, followed by a call from our customer service department to confirm your order and before they dispatch the item.
Can I pre-order items that are launching soon?
Yes, for selected items marked as pre-launch, you can place a pre-order to reserve yours before official release. Payment is required upfront.
Do you notify me when my order is on the way?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, youāll receive an SMS and email notification with delivery details and estimated arrival time.
Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
We deliver on Saturdays, but not Sundays or public holidays. Orders made during off-days are processed the next business day.
