Returns and Refunds Process

At Incredible Store, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products and services. Please review our Returns and Refunds policy, which includes our exchange policy.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you ordered is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, we will assist you in making a new purchase of your desired item(s).

We are allowing exchanges to be done on the same item(s) that you purchased. The reason for exchange would be either defective items, differences in sizes, or fitting and receiving what you did not order.

Refunds.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us for further assistance.

1. Physical Products

We accept returns and exchanges on physical products under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Return Period: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.
  • Refunds: Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

2. Virtual and Downloadable Products

Due to the nature of virtual and downloadable products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Eligibility: No refunds or exchanges are offered for digital products once they are delivered.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience any issues accessing or downloading the product, please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days, and we will assist you.

3. Services

Disatisfied with any services

If you are dissatisfied with any services provided, please reach out to us to discuss potential resolutions, including partial refunds or re-performing the service, based on the situation.

  • Custom Work & Consultation: Refunds are not available for custom work or consultations once the project has commenced unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for physical products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Cancellations for virtual or downloadable products are not allowed once the purchase is complete.
