Our shipping policy Process

Our shipping policy kicks in whenever a customer makes an order on our website. Once a customer has made a decision to purchase a particular item(s) and completes their details at checkout, the shipping policy is activated.

Delivery and Shipping Times.

In order for us to be prompt and meet our promise of fast delivery and shipping, we have two Delivery and Shipping schedules for orders within Nairobi and the rest of the Kenyan region.

Orders received any time from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm Kenyan time, will be prepared and shipped before 3pm. Then orders from 12:01pm to 3:00pm Kenyan time will be prepared and shipped by 6:00pm.

Orders received from 6:00pm to the next day before 6:00am, will be prepared and shipped early morning the next day between 9:00am and 12:00pm. Orders will be delivered and shipped as they have been made, with priority given to the time the order(s) was received.

Deliveries Within Nairobi.

Orders within Nairobi will be delivered through our logistics partners within Nairobi. Whenever a customer makes an order and the goods are packaged, a rider will be contacted to pick up the items for delivery.

A customer will be given a call by the rider to confirm the delivery address and the best delivery time then the items will be dispatched. Kindly confirm with us whether you are the one to receive the items or someone else that you have appointed.

We have several options for customers to get in touch with us. We have our contact us page where all the details are available. Then we have the live chat option on our website plus Whatsapp chat option.

Outside Nairobi Shipping.

Items being shipped outside Nairobi will be done through the logistics companies that we have partnered with. Currently, we are working with partners who have offices within major cities and towns where customers can collect their items.

Once we have submitted the items to one of these logistics partners, the customer will receive a text message from them with details of the package sent. The customer will get a confirmation message when their items arrive in their home area.

Any time from the confirmation message, the customer can visit the specific office and collect the items. The customer will provide the required details to confirm ownership of the package in order to collect it.

Receiving Orders.

Check and confirm your package thoroughly

We recommend that you check and confirm your package thoroughly on arrival to make sure that you have received the items that you have ordered. Remember that we have 48 hours to initiate a return or exchange in the event that you receive a damaged item or a different order from the one you had ordered.

We recommend that you fill in accurate information at checkout so that your delivery and shipping can be fast and smooth. We would like the process to be as easy as possible, Quicker, and Safe.

Kindly note that at the moment we are doing deliveries and Shipping within Kenya only. Then Cash on Delivery is only available for customers within Nairobi. Customer making orders outside Nairobi need to make payments at checkout including shipping costs then we can be able to ship their items.
